Cancellation, Reschedule & No-Show Policy
Cancellation / Reschedule within 24 hours
Cancellations or reschedules made 24 hours or less before your appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
The charged amount may be applied toward a one-time reschedule if the new appointment is booked within 7 days of the original appointment date.
If you choose not to reschedule within 7 days, the charge is non-transferable.
No-Shows
Failure to attend your appointment without canceling (no-show) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
No-show fees are non-transferable and cannot be applied toward future appointments.
Late Policy
If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete your scheduled service depending on the remaining appointment time.
